Your first interview is an opportunity for us to get to know the person behind the resume. We’ll discuss your career goals, interests, and what motivates you while introducing you to our company culture, values, and long-term vision.
Applicants who continue through the process will meet with our Development Specialist for a more detailed discussion about the position. This conversation covers day-to-day responsibilities, compensation, training expectations, and what your first few months may look like as you develop within the company.
No previous experience is required to succeed with Aspen Recruiting. Every new team member receives structured onboarding, beginning with a full week of classroom-style training that covers essential fundamentals. After joining a campaign, you’ll continue receiving hands-on coaching and ongoing support to help you build confidence, strengthen your skills, and continue progressing throughout your career.
While experience can be beneficial, it is not the deciding factor in our hiring process.
